This service has three sub-sections:

a) Database searching;

b) Lead Generation;

c) Advertising.

SmartHire.ca personnel search the database for pre-qualified candidates, perform a targeted search for external candidates, and will develop a market research report outlining the proposed advertising campaign. Each sub-section has a different focus and price-point. The lead generation option is only available if a complete job analysis, prevue benchmark, and company profile has been purchased as well.

When advertising is a selected means of sourcing, we utilize SmartHire.ca's ever-expanding and current sourcing catalogue to develop a marketing plan, then, upon approval of the advertising costs, we will distribute the ad for you.
