SkillScope™
The SkillScope is comprised of ten
position-specific questions and will be developed in consultation with
the SkillScope Administration Clerk. These questions are designed to
probe deeply into an applicant's skill set, their specific qualifications,
and their experience as they relate to the requirements of the position.
An applicant's responses to these questions helps you flesh out the
picture of their "fit" for the position.
The results will be confidentially posted online through
our online management system for the client to rank and rate each
applicant's qualifications.
The rating sheet results are posted for viewing and
report generation - allowing you to automatically short-list the applicants
prior to scheduling face-to-face interviews. The SkillScope can be sent
to any applicant regardless of the application method and is accessible
for 60 days from purchase.
