The SkillScope™ is comprised of ten
position-specific, behavioural-based questions and will be developed in consultation with SmartHire.ca®. These industry related questions are designed to
probe deeply into:

Their specific qualifications,

Experience, and

Situational responses as they will relate to the requirements of the position.
You are able to pre-screen by ranking and rating each applicant's qualifications online. Here, you can compare multiple applicant responses through ratings or encourage others with hiring authority to share their ratings on similar applicants.
The SkillScope can be sent
to any applicant regardless of the application method and is accessible
for 60 days from purchase.
