Business Development Manager

• To provide sales and marketing services and support within geographic sales territories for the following products and services supplied: SmartHire.ca^® RPO services and Testing and Assessment Products.

Recruitment Specialist

• To provide a creative and resourceful approach to professional recruitment within Manufacturing, Alternative Energy, Transportation, Aviation, Natural Resources, Mining, Agribusiness, Finance, Accounting sectors, all of which are abuzz with activity. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for direct sourcing with a relentless drive to assist clients in employing the process to find the right candidates for the right positions at the right time.

Researcher

• Supports clients by reducing the time to hire by sourcing, soliciting, interviewing career seekers and job applicants for current and future job postings.

Testing & Assessment Administrator

• To provide account management, business development services, and client support within various geographic sales territories of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba for traits-based, aptitude, ability, interests and style related employment tests and assessment services.
